Program Content
The program focuses on strategies for both utilizing digitalization and managing its potential negative effects. It combines academic rigor with practical relevance, ensuring students can analyze the consequences of digitalization and lead change in complex environments.
Structure and Content
The two-year program is carefully designed with principles of progression and continuity. The first two terms provide a solid foundation with eight compulsory courses:

- Project Work I
- Organizing

- Strategy
- Project Work II In the third term, students can choose from recommended courses for further specialization or opt for elective courses from Göteborgs universitet or another university. The final term consists of a thesis project.
Eligibility and Selection
- Eligibility: Bachelor's degree (180 hp) including a thesis (independent work) of at least 15 hp, or equivalent. English 6/English B or equivalent.
- Selection: Based on higher education credits, up to 165 hp.
Career Opportunities
Graduates are prepared for careers beyond traditional positions in consulting and IT, such as innovation manager, digital strategist, digital designer, and more. They are also eligible for further studies at the doctoral level.
