Program Content
The program includes the following courses:
- Organizations and Leadership Trends in a Sustainability Perspective (15 hp) - This course studies how different organizational and leadership models are spread, adopted, and implemented nationally and internationally.
- Labor Market in National and International Perspective (15 hp) - This course deals with employment and labor market conditions in Sweden and other countries.
- Research Methods (15 hp) - This course provides scientific theoretical and practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Master's Thesis (15 hp) - An independent work under the supervision of a researcher.
Eligibility and Selection
- Eligibility: A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (180 hp) and proficiency in Swedish equivalent to Swedish 3/Swedish B/Swedish level 3.

The program is unique in that students get to meet the best researchers and teachers in Work Science from three universities and colleges in western Sweden: Gothenburg, Borňs, and Karlstad. The program is given on a distance basis with compulsory campus meetings, allowing students to build a unique network with researchers and Master's students in the region during the program.
