  1. Organizations and Leadership Trends in a Sustainability Perspective (15 hp) - This course studies how different organizational and leadership models are spread, adopted, and implemented nationally and internationally.
  2. Labor Market in National and International Perspective (15 hp) - This course deals with employment and labor market conditions in Sweden and other countries.
  3. Research Methods (15 hp) - This course provides scientific theoretical and practical knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  4. Master's Thesis (15 hp) - An independent work under the supervision of a researcher.

Eligibility and Selection

  • Eligibility: A Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences (180 hp) and proficiency in Swedish equivalent to Swedish 3/Swedish B/Swedish level 3.
