Introduction to the Research Education Program in Artistic Gestaltning

The research education subject of Artistic Gestaltning is, as of 2023, a superior category grounded in the practices of the various research areas: craft, design, design management, free art, film, literary gestaltning, and photography.

Overview of the Program

The separate general study plans for doctoral exams in craft, design, film, free art, literary gestaltning, and photography that were previously applied have been replaced by a comprehensive program that encompasses the different research orientations: craft, design, design management, film, literary gestaltning, and photography. These orientations are considered expansive in the sense that they actively support multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary projects that can build on more than one type of artistic practice.
