Course Description

The course is given in English and combines lectures, laboratory demonstrations, and literature studies to achieve the course objectives.

• A. Theoretical Lectures: The course includes overview lectures on common traumatology, sports medicine, and physical activity for health.
• B. Assignments with Seminars (Obligatory): Presentation of main medical complications is performed with accompanying overview and discussion at seminars.
• C. Guided Practical Demonstrations (Obligatory): Practical demonstrations include scientific writing, heart screening, and arena safety (medical action plan).
• D. Written Report (Obligatory): A written report (overview) on a relevant sports medicine topic is part of the course and constitutes the course examination.
• E. Written Exam (Obligatory): A written exam is also obligatory.
