Tuition Fees

  • No fees are charged for EU and EEA citizens, Swedish residence permit holders, and exchange students.

Prerequisites and Selection

To be eligible for this course, students must have:


  • At least 90 credits (hp) in analytic philosophy, including a thesis of at least 15 credits in theoretical philosophy, or
  • A bachelor's degree of 180 credits, of which at least 90 credits must be in analytic philosophy, or equivalent.
  • Additionally, students must have successfully completed at least 15 credits from FTW200, FTW210, FTW220, or FTW230, or equivalent.
  • English 6/English B or an equivalent level from an internationally recognized test such as TOEFL or IELTS is required. Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits.
