Program Overview

The program "Fra specialist til leder" is a diploma course offered by the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). It is designed for individuals who want to transition from a specialist role to a leadership position.

Program Description

The program focuses on developing leadership competencies and provides participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed as leaders. It covers topics such as leadership concepts, leadership roles, and paradoxes, as well as personal development and self-awareness.

Program Structure

The program consists of 6 Tuesday sessions, each lasting from 17:00 to 20:30. The sessions are held at the DTU Ballerup Campus.

Admission Requirements

To be admitted to the program, participants must have completed an undergraduate degree or equivalent and have at least two years of relevant work experience.

Realkompetencevurdering

For individuals who do not meet the formal admission requirements, a realkompetencevurdering (recognition of prior learning) can be conducted. This is an individual assessment of the participant's competencies, knowledge, and experience.

Tuition Fees

The tuition fee for the program is 11,800 DKK.
