Program Overview
The program in question is a diploma course titled "Management with data AI Strategy and Leadership." This course is designed to help participants understand how data can be leveraged for managerial decision-making, the business value of using data and intelligent analytics like AI, the challenges associated with it, and potential solutions.
Course Objectives
The course aims to:
- Help understand how data can be used for management decisions to drive business value for a company
- Provide insight into what it takes to be a data-driven business from a leadership perspective
- Discuss challenges a leader should be aware of when relying on data analytics and AI for decision-making, and show ideas for solutions
- Explain how a data-driven culture can be built in a company
Outcome for Participants and Their Companies
Upon completion of the course, participants will understand the value of data-driven decisions, learn what is needed to make their business more data-driven, and become aware of challenges that need to be solved to successfully use data and analytics/AI in their business. Their organizations will gain leaders who can facilitate data-driven decision-making, work with analytics teams, and promote a more data-driven culture within the company.
Expansion into a Complete Education
The module can be expanded into a complete education through DTU's range of part-time diploma programs, including but not limited to:

Participants can also choose to combine this module with others from the same or different subject areas to create a flexible diploma program.
Teaching Schedule
The teaching for the course is scheduled over three Tuesdays from 9:00-16:00, specifically on October 21, November 4, and November 18, 2025.
Admission Requirements
To be admitted to the diploma program, applicants must:
- Have a relevant qualifying examination at the level of a business academy education or relevant further adult education
- Have at least two years of work experience after qualifying examination
Recognition of Prior Learning
For those who do not meet the formal requirements, a recognition of prior learning assessment can be requested. This assessment evaluates an individual's competencies, knowledge, and skills based on their work experience, volunteer activities, courses, etc., to determine if they can successfully complete the diploma program or its components.
Pricing and Payment
The price for the course is 11,800.00 DKK. Payment entitles participants to take the corresponding exam without additional payment. If a participant does not pass the exam the first time, they are entitled to take the equivalent exam in the following semester without extra cost.
