It consists of principles and techniques that are part of a company's system and processes and can be derived from a business philosophy and strategy that encompasses the entire operation. The course provides a comprehensive picture of the concept of "Lean production" and a broader and deeper study of how operations are conducted in companies with a Lean business strategy. Participants gain knowledge that helps them understand the logic of this business philosophy and strategy. Additionally, they will be able to identify opportunities in their own operations to eliminate non-value-adding activities, reduce lead times, respond more quickly to new customer needs, and use available resources more efficiently.
