Attending Courses

Certificates

1. To obtain the course certificate, the trainee must attend the entire training course

Cancellation and Refund

1. If the participant wants to cancel the registration application or postpone the attendance date, an application must be submitted to the KSU PSCEMS - Business unit at least 30 days before the session
2. Courses that may schedule within less than 30 days cannot be rescheduled or fees refunded
3. In the event that the participant wants to request a postponement of a course due to a medical excuse, the course will be rescheduled for one time only without penalty
