Attending Courses

1. Courses are held at PSCEMS- KSU Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz College for Emergency Medical Services
2. Maintain attendance and leaving time according to pre-set session time
3. Demonstrate the values and ethics of attending training courses

Certificates

1. To obtain the course certificate, the trainee must attend the entire training course
2. Passing the tests (if applicable)
3. The certificate is sent within one week of the last day of the course, after passing the test (if applicable)

Cancellation and Refund

1. If the participant wants to cancel the registration application or postpone the attendance date, an application must be submitted to the KSU PSCEMS - Business unit at least 30 days before the session
2. Courses that may be scheduled within less than 30 days cannot be rescheduled or fees refunded
3. In the event that the participant wants to request a postponement of a course due to a medical excuse, the course will be rescheduled for one time only without penalty
