English Bridge Program
The English Bridge Program is designed for non-native English-speaking students, providing intensive English language courses to succeed academically, professionally, and socially.
Program Overview
The program promotes cultural awareness, citizenship, critical thinking, and ethical behavior, with instructor-guided classes developing the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
Program Details
- Duration: 15 weeks (Fall and Spring Semesters) or 7 weeks (Summer I)
- Levels: Low Intermediate, Intermediate, Advanced
- Each level has specific goals and outcomes, such as understanding main ideas, writing simple paragraphs, and identifying main points in dialogues.
Admission Entry
- Application Kit: Consent and Declaration Form, Student Health History Form, Undergraduate Reservation and Enrollment Agreement
- Faculty: Instructor of English, Coordinator of the Center for English Proficiency (CfEP) and Associate Professor of English.
