Program Overview

The Supervision Certification is a comprehensive program designed for those who want to develop their supervision skills and knowledge, and to become an accredited supervisor. The program provides a thorough introduction to the theory and practice of supervision and is accredited by the Association for Coaching.

Program Structure

The program consists of four workshops:

• Workshop 1: Introduction to Supervision
  • Explore the fundamental principles of supervision, including the supervision relationship, the role of the supervisor, and the supervisee's self-regulatory system.
• Workshop 2: The Supervision Relationship
  • Examine the dynamics of the supervision relationship, including the supervisor's perceptual system, the supervisee's emotional intelligence, and the impact of organizational context on the supervision process.
• Workshop 3: Supervision Skills and Practice
  • Develop supervision skills through practical exercises and case studies, focusing on the development of your own supervision style and approach.
• Workshop 4: Supervision in Organizations
  • Explore the role of supervision in organizations, including the development of a supervision culture, the impact of supervision on leadership and team development, and the measurement of supervision effectiveness.

Admission Requirements

To be eligible for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• An undergraduate or master's degree, or equivalent academic award.
• If you are a mature individual without an academic qualification, evidence of appropriate conceptual and study skills.
• A minimum of three years' experience in a coaching or consulting position, including roles offering mentoring and the development of others in their professional remit.
• Proficiency in English.

Program Fees

The program fees are as follows:

• Postgraduate Certificate: 9,650 GBP (excluding VAT).
• Postgraduate Diploma (Postgraduate Certificate + Accreditation): 13,250 GBP (excluding VAT).
• Master's in Coaching: 25,250 GBP (excluding VAT).

• May 19, 2025 (Executive Coaching, Face-to-Face): April 16, 2025.
• October 16, 2025 (Executive Coaching, Online): September 10, 2025.
• January 19, 2026 (Executive Coaching, Face-to-Face): December 15, 2025.
• March 9, 2026 (Team Coaching, Face-to-Face): February 2, 2026.
• May 18, 2026 (Executive Coaching, Face-to-Face): April 13, 2026.
