Program Overview


Bachelor of Animation

Overview

The Bachelor of Animation at SAE is designed to build expertise in all facets of animation. Students will develop fundamental skills and knowledge in areas such as 3D modelling, character animation, rigging, textures, project management, teamwork, lighting, rendering, and compositing. The program provides a solid foundation and context for further study before exploring specialist areas in detail. Students will learn on industry-standard software such as Maya, Autodesk 3D MAX, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

Key Information

  • Duration: 12 months in SAE Jakarta, 24 months in SAE Australia

  • Requirements:
    • Completed High School or Equivalent
    • Successfully completed Intensive Course on Indonesian Units in 12 months
    • English language proficiency of IELTS: 6.0 overall score, with no band score below 5.5
    • Minimum of 18 years of age
  • Qualification: Bachelor of Animation, issued by SAE Australia
