MA Education (All Pathways)

The MA Education investigates the structure of learning within our education systems, and challenges the thinking around learning in schools and colleges. The dynamic programme is designed for those who are interested in exploring ways of developing high-quality teaching and learning, where students are empowered to take responsibility for their own education in an inclusive, welcoming environment.

Upon successful completion of this programme, students will be able to critically examine selected theory and practice of aspects of teaching and learning which meet personal and professional needs. Students will also select aspects of their own teaching and learning practice by negotiating, planning and undertaking an action research project focused upon an evidence-based pedagogical approach.
