The University's chemistry and chemical engineering programs are among the primary foundation colleges for related disciplines. These programs have been consistently ranked as top-tier disciplines in the country.

Program Overview

The college has various doctoral programs, including organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, chemical biology, materials science, and applied chemistry. The faculty consists of experienced teachers and researchers who have undertaken numerous projects, including the 973 project, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and national key research and development plans. Many research papers have been published in renowned academic journals such as J. Am. Chem. Soc. and Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.

Current Enrollment

The college currently has 161 graduate students, including 89 doctoral students and 72 master's students. These students are eligible for various scholarships, including national scholarships, academic scholarships, and named scholarships.

2023 Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Summer Camp

To promote communication and exchange among outstanding university students in chemistry, chemical engineering, and materials science, the college will host the "2023 Chemistry and Chemical Engineering Summer Camp." The event is scheduled to take place from July 8 to July 12, 2023.
