Program Overview
The Bachelor of Psychological Science (Marketing) is a comprehensive undergraduate degree that integrates psychological science with marketing principles. This program enables students to understand and influence consumer behavior effectively, providing a significant advantage in the marketing world.
Program Structure
To qualify for the award of the degree, a candidate shall accrue an aggregate of at least 144 credit points, which include core subjects covering essential topics focused on psychology, subjects from the chosen major, and elective subjects.

UAE Studies Subject
As per the requirements from the Ministry of Education, students are required to complete a subject in the area of UAE Studies.
Program Outcomes
The program prepares students for a variety of career opportunities, including consumer behavior analyst, marketing strategist, brand manager, market research analyst, and digital marketing specialist.
Accreditation and Recognition
All degrees at the University of Wollongong in Dubai are accredited by the Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) of the UAE Ministry of Education and are licensed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).
Professional Accreditation
The Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) accredits the three-year Bachelor of Psychological Science and the additional honours year as a four-year sequence for the purposes of provisional registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.

Admission Requirements
Admission to the Bachelor of Psychological Science is possible through direct entry in alignment with UOW Australia admission requirements or through the successful completion of a Freshman Year.
English Language Requirements
At UOWD, all classes are taught in English, and students need to submit one of the following certificates of English language proficiency:
- IELTS (Academic)
- TOEFL (Internet-based)
- Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic
Credit for Prior Learning
If seeking advanced standing status, students need to submit an official academic transcript showing all courses studied and the grades achieved, syllabus details for the courses completed, and an explanation of the grading system.
Supporting Documentation
Students need to ensure that all required documents accompany their application for admission, including:
- An original or certified copy of secondary school records
- A Statement or Certificate of Completion of secondary school
- Proof of English language proficiency
- UAE ID (if applying from within the UAE)
- A copy of the passport (and Residence Visa, if resident in the UAE)
Tuition Fees
The yearly fees for the program are AED 60,429 / USD 16,466, inclusive of 5% VAT. Note that yearly fees will vary depending on the number of subjects enrolled in.
