Design Clinic Program

The Design Clinic program is a unique opportunity for students to work with industry partners on real-world technical challenges. In this program, teams of 4-6 students act as engineering consultants for a company or organization, providing a fresh perspective on a technical challenge. The program offers a broad network of resources, including:


  • Faculty members with industry experience
  • Professional Engineers
  • Teaching Assistants
  • Lab supervisors and lab technicians
  • Rapid prototyping (3D scanning and printing)
  • Metal and wood fabrication shops
