The Human Resources Management Program at the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University, is committed to preparing a graduate capable of working and developing human resources in various business organizations, possessing the values and ethics of the profession, distinguished in the field of scientific research, participating in community service and sustainable development, and competing locally and regionally.

Program Description

The Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management offers issues surrounding the management of people in organizations as well as contemporary issues of work employment and industrial relations that are embedded in the broader context of the global economy.
