Human Resources Management Program

The Human Resources Management Program at the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, Future University, is committed to prepare a graduate capable of working and developing human resources in various business organizations, possess the values and ethics of the profession, distinguished in the field of scientific research, participate in community service and sustainable development, and compete locally and regionally.

Program Objectives

The Human Resources Management Program objectives are:

• Enabling students to apply the acquired knowledge and skills in solving and addressing contemporary Human Resources Management problems.
• Providing an effective environment for education, scientific research, and community service process.
• Qualifying a graduate who can cope with the rapid and successive changes in the field of HRM and in business in general.
• Meeting the needs of the labor market for management cadres who are scientifically and professionally qualified.
• Developing personal and self-learning skills and communicating with the others with an emphasis on commitment to ethics.
• Encouraging theoretical and applied scientific research to address contemporary issues in a way that serves society.

The Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management offers issues surrounding the management of people in organizations as well as contemporary issues of work employment and industrial relations that are embedded in the broader context of global economy.
