About the Program

The program provides students with a comprehensive education in human nutrition and dietetics, including nutrition, food science, public health, physiology, management, research, dietetics, and other supporting courses. The curriculum is multi-disciplinary and encompasses a wide range of courses, with an integrated supervised practice component of at least 1200 hours with affiliated organizations in the UAE.
