Applying to Pharm.D. Program
To apply to the Pharm.D. program, students must complete both the PharmCAS application and the UHCOP Supplemental Application.
Application Process
- PharmCAS Application: The University of Houston College of Pharmacy participates in the Pharmacy College Application Service (PharmCAS), a national centralized application service.
- Supplemental Application: The UH College of Pharmacy requires a Supplemental Application and a Supplemental Application fee ($100) to be submitted online.
- Interview Days: Applicants selected for interviews will receive their invitations via email.
- Seat Deposit: Applicants who receive official notice of conditional acceptance into the Pharm.D. program must submit a nonrefundable $400.00 seat deposit.
Admissions Information
- Priority Admission: For the possibility of being offered admission by November 7, students are encouraged to pursue Priority Admission.
- Application Deadlines:
- Priority: October 1, 2025
- Regular: April 1, 2026

The following items are to be mailed directly to UHCOP:
- Official U.S. high school transcript to verify completion of one year of high school physics (ONLY if requesting College Physics exemption)
- Credit by Examination Documentation (if applicable)
- Official, sealed international transcripts (ONLY if requesting International Coursework Evaluation)
