Winter School: Theory and Practice in Transmission and Scanning Electron Microscopy

Aim

The aim of the Winter School is to introduce students to modern approaches concerning cell biology, cytochemistry, molecular biology, and ultrastructure.

Program Structure

The course will be divided into two parts:


  1. A theoretical part organized in lectures covering basic and advanced techniques in transmission and scanning electron microscopy.
  2. A practical part in which participants will be hosted in the laboratories and will be directly involved in the design and execution of experimental protocols regarding the main topics object of the lectures.
