Biochemistry and Molecular Biology PhD Program
The Biochemistry and Molecular Biology PhD program is an international, cross-sectoral, and interdisciplinary initiative promoted by the University of Siena in collaboration with the Universities of Florence and Pisa and CNR–IFC. The program lasts three years and starts on November 1, 2024. The aim of the PhD is to train highly qualified researchers in the fields of biochemistry, molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biotechnology, and related disciplines, with applications in the biomedical, oncological, diagnostic, and industrial sectors. The program includes Pegaso grants funded through the 2021–2027 ESF+ Regional Programme (PR FSE) as part of the project of Regione Toscana.
