Introduction to CyB+ 2025
The CyB+ 2025 program is designed for teams in the idea generation phase, interested in giving shape and structure to their innovative ideas. This program offers an intensive path of accompaniment and consolidation of the project idea, integrating theoretical and operational components.
Objectives
The main objectives of the CyB+ 2025 program are to:
- Strengthen entrepreneurial skills through the choice of up to three formative modules within the University's cross-disciplinary course "Start up and multidisciplinarity".
- Offer personalized mentorship to accompany each team in the definition phase of their business idea.
Target Audience
The program is open to entrepreneurial or research teams composed of at least two members from any disciplinary field, with an innovative business idea. Team members can belong to the University of Pisa, Scuola Normale Superiore, Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, or Scuola IMT Alti Studi di Lucca.
Selection Criteria
The selection of teams will be based on their orientation towards scientific and innovative maturity, combined with entrepreneurial motivation. A evaluation committee will assess the teams based on the information provided during the application phase.
Program Structure
The program will start in mid-September and conclude in December 2025. It includes:
- Participation in up to three modules of the University's cross-disciplinary course "Start up and multidisciplinarity", such as:
- Public speaking
- Business idea and pretotyping
- Strategy, internal analysis, external analysis, SWOT analysis, vision, mission
- Business model, value proposition, business plan
- Personalized mentorship for up to 10 hours, aligned with the chosen modules and the maturity of the project.

The application must be submitted by the team leader through an online form by August 28, 2025. The timeline for the application and the start of the CyB+ 2025 program is as follows:
