Introduction to the Course

The Department of Economics and Management at the University of Pisa is offering a postgraduate course titled "ERP, Cloud & AI for the Modern Enterprise." Course Objectives and Content

The course features lectures by university professors, professionals, and partner companies, combining theoretical and operational content. The primary objectives of the course include:

• Comprehending the functioning of main ERP systems and their architectures.
• Analyzing and modeling business processes related to HR, accounting and controlling, procurement, inventory, and sales.
• Managing master data and understanding data governance concepts.
• Knowing the main On-Premise and Cloud solutions.
• Understanding customization logic and development in an SAP environment.
• Evaluating the impact of AI on business processes, including HR, sales, and data quality.

Course Details

• Duration and Credits: The course will take place from March to April 2026, spanning 48 hours, and is worth 6 CFU.
• Teaching Method: Lectures will be held in person in a computer lab.
