2. Executive Manager of Restaurants: This path forms highly qualified professionals for restaurant management, from concept to business model, and from traditional promotion to delivery.
3. Food Sustainability Manager: This path forms professionals who can integrate sustainability into corporate governance and communication models in the food industry.

Specialist Courses

The program includes specialist courses accredited for quality and food safety, such as:

• Course on guidelines for auditing management systems (ISO 19011 ISO/IEC 17021-1)
• Course for lead auditors on quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015)
• Course for lead auditors on food safety management systems (ISO 22000)

Program Outcome

At the end of the program, students will discuss a project work that allows them to obtain a University Master's Diploma of 1st level, 60 University Training Credits (CFU), and certifications related to attendance at specialist courses.
