Master's Degree in Biosafety and Food Quality

The Master's Degree in Biosafety and Food Quality is an interdisciplinary course that prepares professionals to address and manage various issues related to food production, with particular regard to controlling and safeguarding food safety and quality.

The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in the food industry, from production to transformation and conservation of food products. The program includes lectures, seminars, and practical activities in laboratories and research centers.
