About the Program

This master's degree program is offered by the Department of Civil, Environmental, and Infrastructure Engineering at George Mason University. Students who enroll in this master's program receive instruction in civil engineering and design with a technical approach. Students who majored in civil and infrastructure engineering and other related undergraduate degrees may apply to this program. The MS also serves as a foundation for doctoral study in civil engineering, as well as for additional graduate studies in architecture, law, business, economics, finance, and public policy and administration.

Mason's MS degree program in civil and infrastructure engineering differs from other universities by providing students with creative opportunities using design and technology. This program is eligible for part-time and full-time enrollment.
