Overview

High heels dance is a performance style that combines elements of classical jazz, ballet, street jazz, jazz funk, commercial dance, and femme choreography, all performed while wearing high-heeled shoes. It emphasizes confidence, sensuality, precision, and strong body control. The style often features dynamic changes, fluidity, speed control, stretching, floorwork, artistic development and emotions, musicality, and stage presence through choreography learning with a strong emphasis on posture, balance, and empowerment.

Schedule

• The program will run from September 29, 2025, to June 7, 2026.
• Classes will be held once a week on Mondays from 8:45 pm to 9:45 pm with instructor Doga B.
