Program Overview
Weightlifting Program
The weightlifting program is designed to help participants unleash their inner strength and improve their overall fitness. The program is open to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or fitness.
Program Description
The weightlifting masterclass will teach participants safe and effective snatch and clean and jerk techniques, helping them develop explosive strength and power, improve their coordination and mobility, and increase their confidence and discipline. Olympic weightlifting is a sport for everyone, and experienced instructors will guide participants every step of the way, ensuring they learn the techniques safely and correctly.
Program Schedule
The program will run from September 29, 2025, to June 7, 2026, once a week, on Mondays, with two time slots: 12pm-1pm and 7pm-8pm, led by instructor Anna B.
Annual Cost
The annual cost for the program varies depending on the participant's status:
- Polimi Employees and Students: 149, with the chance to catch up on lessons included
- 1st cycle (September 29 to December 21): 66
- 2nd cycle (January 7 to February 22): 42
- 3rd cycle (February 23 to June 7): 71.50
- Other Subscribers: 390, with the chance to catch up on lessons included
- 1st cycle (September 29 to December 21): 180
- 2nd cycle (January 7 to February 22): 105
- 3rd cycle (February 23 to June 7): 195
Requirements
To participate in the program, a basic subscription is required, which includes a valid non-competitive Medical Certificate.
