Rules for Compiling the Study Plan

To compile the study plan, students must follow these general rules:

  1. The total number of credits for ING-INF/05 and ING-INF/03 courses must be at least 50.
  2. Students in the Music Engineering program must include at least 5 credits from the FUND-CS (MI Leonardo) list.
  3. The total number of credits for related and integrative activities (type C) must be between 20 and 40.
  4. The total number of free credits (not type B or C) cannot exceed 10.
  5. Students must include at least 10 CFU from the following courses: Signals and Systems, Multimedia Signal Processing, Sound Analysis, Synthesis, and Processing, Sound Analysis, Synthesis, and Processing - Module 1: Digital Audio Analysis and Processing, and Sound Analysis, Synthesis, and Processing - Module 2: Sound Synthesis and Spatial Processing.
  6. Students must include the Fundamentals of Acoustics course (5 CFU).
  7. The 20 credits for the final thesis can be included in the second year, either in the first or second semester.

Evaluation Committee for Study Plans

The evaluation committee for study plans consists of the following professors:

  • President: Prof. Paolo Bestagini
