Overview

The Cosmetologia Avanþada-EAD program is designed to prepare students for the competencies required by society, including teamwork, information selection, relation, and synthesis, critical thinking, and problem-solving initiative. The program uses diverse learning strategies to engage students in cognitive contexts suitable for the proposed objectives.

Objectives

The main objective of the MCA is to prepare students for the competencies demanded by society, focusing on teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Learning Methodology

The program will be taught in a blended learning (b-learning) regime, with the theoretical and theoretical-practical components implemented on the FFUL's LMS (Moodle) and the presential (laboratorial) component taking place at FFUL.

Professional Outcomes

The course forms specialists in Cosmetology, with general and specific knowledge about the development, characterization, production, control, and counseling of cosmetics from a technical-scientific and regulatory perspective. These specialists will have the competencies to exercise professional activities in regulatory agencies, research, regulation, production, and control departments of the cosmetics industry, as well as in pharmacies and academia.
