Overview

The Mestrado Executivo em Transformaçăo na Gestăo de Recursos Humanos is a master's program designed for experienced human resources professionals and leaders who want to transform the way they lead and manage people in their organizations. This official master's program, conferred by the ISEG, aims to prepare leaders for the challenges of managing people in a context of constant change.

This program is intended for directors, managers, coordinators, and specialists in human resources and talent management with more than 5 years of experience. The program is also suitable for leaders who face management challenges in a context of technological, organizational, and geopolitical change.

The program consists of two semesters, with a total of 30 credits. The first semester includes courses such as:

• O Gestor de RH Transformador
• Optativa (escolher uma)

  • Gestăo das Disfunçőes em RH
• Métodos de Projeto

The second semester includes:

• Métodos de Projeto
• Projeto Final de Mestrado

Admission Criteria

The selection of candidates is based on a combination of factors, including:

• Média final do 1ş ciclo (30%)
• Entrevista (30%)
• Experięncia profissional, motivaçăo e suporte do empregador (se aplicável) (40%)

Tuition Fees

The provisional tuition fees for 2026/27 are:

• Alunos dentro da UE: 7,500
• Alunos fora da UE (Internacional): 10,000

Language

The program is taught in Portuguese, with some classes possibly held in English and/or with supporting materials in English.

Schedule

The program takes place on Fridays from 2 pm to 8 pm, with some assessments possibly occurring on Saturdays.

Degree Conferred

The program confers the degree of Mestre.
