Program Details: Expert advisor for international tax law
###Overview The program is designed for tax consultants and tax agents who want to acquire specialized knowledge in international tax law.
Objective
The objective of the program is to provide participants with the theoretical knowledge required to obtain the title of "Fachberater*in für Internationales Steuerrecht" and to equip them with the practical skills necessary for qualified international tax consulting.
###Structure The program consists of three presence blocks with subsequent self-study phases and a final exam.

Presence block 1 (Modules 1-3)
- Foreign tax law, especially inbound and outbound cases
- Taxation of foreigners in Germany
- Right of double taxation
- Taxation of domestic taxpayers abroad, in particular structuring of foreign investments, basic principles of the Foreign Tax Act
