Program Overview


Introduction to the Bachelor of Science in Public Governance across Borders

The Bachelor of Science in Public Governance across Borders is a joint-degree program offered by the University of Twente (Enschede, Netherlands) and the University of M³nster (Germany). This program aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and address the challenges of public governance on a European and international level.


Program Description

The program focuses on the political, social, and economic integration of Europe, as well as the challenges posed by technological innovations, health, education, energy and water management, migration, and climate change. Students will gain a broad understanding of the relevant institutions and theoretical approaches to European integration and multi-level governance.


Program Structure

The program is divided into three years, with the first year taking place at the University of M³nster and the second year at the University of Twente. The third year is a joint effort between the two universities. The program is taught in both German and English, with the first year being primarily in German and the subsequent years in English.
