Program Overview
Master of Arts in Political Science
The Master of Arts in Political Science program at the University of M■nster is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of political science, with a focus on sustainability and democracy.
Program Structure
The program starts with a central introductory week, which takes place from October 13 to 16, 2025. This week is part of the foundation module and is mandatory for all first-semester students. During this week, students will get to know the instructors, clarify administrative questions, and become familiar with the institute.
Curriculum
The first semester includes a planspiel (strategy game) on Friday, November 21, 2025. Students are expected to participate in this event.
Enrollment
Students who have not yet been enrolled (typically due to missing bachelor's certificates) can still submit their documents until November 15. Meanwhile, they can access all facilities and resources available to enrolled students through guest access.
Support Services
The student union offers an introductory week (expected to start on October 6) for all new students, providing an opportunity to get to know the city and new people.
