Programme Sciences, Sciences Humaines et Management

The programme doctoral "Sciences, Sciences Humaines et Management" is designed for young graduates (masters and engineers) who wish to pursue a doctorate and management functions in companies, preparing them with a dual competence in research and management. Established in partnership with the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs, this programme includes 14 weeks of management training and a 6-month mission in an international company.

Modalities

• Duration: The programme lasts for 3 years, with an additional 6 months of mission in an enterprise.
• Financing: Candidates are employed and financed during their thesis (3 years) by a doctoral contract, and then by the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs for the 6 months of mission in an enterprise.
• Admission Steps:
  • Candidature to the doctoral school of choice, according to its specific modalities.
  • Submission of the application dossier to the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs before the specified deadlines (June 21 for the summer session or November 21 for the winter session).
  • Pre-selection based on the dossier, followed by an advisory opinion from the doctoral schools.
  • Admission jury in July (summer session) or December (winter session).
  • Programme commencement in January or February.

Programme Details

• Formation: The programme integrates 350 hours of intensive management training provided by the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs, spread over the 3 years of the thesis, and a 6-month mission in an international company.
• Diplomas: After completing their mission in an enterprise, doctorants receive the Doctor of University diploma and the MBA from the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs.
• Research and Management: The programme combines research work with management training, preparing students for careers that require both scientific expertise and managerial skills.

Application

• Deadlines: The application deadlines are June 21 for the summer session and November 21 for the winter session.
• Jury: The admission jury takes place in July for the summer session and in December for the winter session.
• Commencement: The programme starts in January or February.

Outcome

Upon completion of the programme, graduates are awarded a Doctor of University diploma and an MBA from the CollŤge des Ingťnieurs, equipping them with the dual competencies of research and management, and enhancing their career prospects in international companies.
