DIPA Registrations

To apply for the DIPA program:

For candidates from EU countries, apply online between March 7, 2025, and May 27, 2025.


Documents to attach

Attach the following documents to your application:


  • A copy of an identity document
  • Diplomas obtained
  • Transcripts of training completed
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • A cover letter (maximum 2 pages) including the professional/service or establishment project detailed in at least 15 lines, as well as the identification of funding requests
  • Letters of support and recommendations
  • If applicable, a certificate of financial support for continuing professional training and/or a letter of support from the employer

CVEC certificate

Before registering, you must pay the Contribution Vie Etudiante et de Campus (CVEC) of 90€ and declare your city of study (Paris). You will receive a certificate that you must keep and send with your registration dossier.


Registration

After receiving notification of acceptance, validate your choices and proceed to administrative registration online. Attach the required documents, including:


  • Administrative registration form printed after online pre-registration, dated and signed
  • An identity photo with your first and last name on the back
  • A photocopy of a double-sided identity document
  • Photocopy of the certificate of participation in the defense and citizenship day (or JDC) or failing that, photocopy of the census certificate for students under 25 years old
  • The photocopy of the last diploma obtained or, for foreign students, the original of the translation of the last diploma obtained carried out by an expert translator at the Paris Court of Appeal or validated by a French consular authority
  • A method of payment for university fees in the amount of €243 (amount set each year by the Ministry), except for scholarship students and for FCs covered by the employer.
