Program Overview
M2 - Parcours EPI (Entrepreneuriat et Projets Innovants) Sciences et Santť, spťcialitť Santť
The EPI Sciences and Health course, with a specialization in Health, provides all the conceptual and methodological tools necessary to pilot and implement innovation processes in the health sector. The objective is to achieve dual competence, both scientific in the health sector and managerial and entrepreneurial, thanks to the common teachings of the master's program.

The career opportunities correspond to marketing and commercialization positions in various sectors (human and veterinary medicine industries, biomedical equipment, in-vitro diagnostics, medical devices, dermo-cosmetics, health foods, communication agencies, consulting and research companies in the health sector, etc.).
Organisation
The training takes place in an apprenticeship, with a rhythm of one week of classes followed by three weeks in a company from September to June, and then full-time in a company from June to August.
Premier semestre
- UE 1 - Stratťgie et comportement entrepreneurial: This unit is composed of two complementary parts:
- Stratťgie de l'entreprise innovante: The course aims to sensitize students to the strategic issues associated with innovation for the company.
- Comportement entrepreneurial et crťation de start-ups: The strategy courses will be complemented by a series of lectures given by entrepreneurs on various themes.
- UE 2 - Propriťtťs intellectuelles et droit des affaires: In this unit, students learn about the concept of a contract, the choice of legal status, and the rules applicable to the employment contract and industrial property protection.
- UE 3 - Finance entrepreneuriale, environnement fiscal et juridique: The course presents the main practices of financial institutions in the field of "project financing" in terms of innovation and sustainable development.
- UE 4 - Anglais spťcifique au secteur de la santť:
- UE 5 - Communiquer et promouvoir: Through this unit, students are led to understand the importance of written and oral communication, to become familiar with the promotion and communication techniques used in the health sector.
Second semestre
- UE 6 - AccŤs aux marchťs de santť: This unit is structured into two parts, upstream and downstream of access to the different health markets.
- UE 7 - Les donnťes de santť: The objectives of this unit are to train students on health data, from design to concrete use in the marketing plan.
- UE 8 - Crťer une entreprise en santť: Cycle of conferences by professionals from different health sectors around business creation, innovation, and diffusion.
- UE 9 - Valorisation de la recherche et de l'innovation biomťdicale: Students follow the courses of the GBM DU, which deal with the knowledge of economic and regulatory contexts with or in the health industries.
- UE 10 - Apprentissage:
Savoir-faire et compťtences
- Develop new market, process, and product opportunities, from design to market launch.
- Understand the practical and financial aspects of managing innovative projects.
- Identify new markets and opportunities through data analysis.
- Build their own project in agreement with "business" partners.
- Acquire precise skills in the health and/or new technology sectors, as well as managerial and organizational skills.

The pre-candidacies for the EPI Health course will be open from February 12, 2023, to April 21, 2024 (midnight) (application to be filled out on the CFA LEEM website).

The auditions will take place on dates to be determined.
Candidates must be under 30 years old to benefit from an apprenticeship contract and have validated:
- 1st year of Master "Management of Innovation"
- 1st year of Master in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.
- 2nd year of Master in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, etc.
- Diploma of Doctor of Pharmacy (or 5th year validated)
- Diploma of Doctor of Medicine (or 5th year validated)
- Diploma of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (or 5th year validated)
- Engineer's diploma (or 5th year validated)
