Program Overview


Parcours Nutrition, Qualitť et Santť - NQS

The Parcours Nutrition, Qualitť et Santť - NQS is a program that focuses on human nutrition from fundamental and public health aspects. Upon completion of the program, students professionalize in the field of nutrition with a pedagogical contract in three sectors:


  • La sťcuritť sanitaire des aliments (Food Safety)
  • La recherche et dťveloppement et innovation nutritionnelle (Research and Development and Nutrition Innovation)
  • La communication et l'ťducation nutritionnelle (Communication and Nutrition Education)

Our training is also available in alternation.


Objectifs Pťdagogiques

The program aims to train professionals in nutrition, providing transversal skills and opening up to future careers:


  • For a diet that combines nutritional and sanitary quality, favoring "healthy foods" in a reasoned and eco-responsible way,
  • Using new forms of communication around health prevention programs,
  • Focused on "Research & Development/Research & Innovation Nutrition" favoring a diet that limits climate warming, food waste, and biodiversity erosion.
