Program Overview


Course Description

The Coaching Skills for Leaders course is a 36-hour online program that spans twelve weeks, including 7.5 hours of live online sessions. It is recommended that students dedicate a minimum of 3 hours per week to coursework. This course focuses on the coaching leadership style, which is a set of skills and steps that help others improve their job performance.
