Program Overview
Course Description
The Organizational Behaviour course is a 36-hour learning experience that spans twelve weeks, including 7.5 hours of live online sessions. It is recommended that students dedicate a minimum of 3 hours each week to coursework. The course explores frameworks used to study and predict human behavior in organizational settings, with a focus on the impact of the pandemic on the future of work.

This course offers the opportunity to earn a microcredential, which is evidence of a skill or competency related to employment.
