Course Description

The course OLCD-PROJ0060, Project Procurement & Contract Management, is a 7-hour learning experience spread over two days. It is recommended that students dedicate an additional hour to this course over the two-day period. This course is designed to guide students through procurement practices, the bid process, contract negotiations, and managing contractors and vendors for optimal performance. It also provides an introduction to contract law, offering fundamental tools for project managers and insights into the roles of procurement officers or buyers on project teams.
