Course Description

The course, Methods in Project Management, is a 56-hour learning program that focuses on the application of controls, methods in professional construction management, and the concepts of project planning and control. Students will learn about estimating project costs, cost engineering, and procurement, and the course will conclude with a focus on value engineering and quality assurance.

Instructor Biography

Eman H. Al-Ali, PMP, LEED AP BD&C, PEng, is an engineer with over 25 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. She is passionate about learning and helping others learn as engineering science evolves. Eman has a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Structural Engineering. She has worked as a design manager in Dubai, UAE, and has completed many successful projects. Eman is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a LEED AP BD&C credential.
