Course Description

The course is 16 learning hours, covering components of insulation and interior within a residential structure, including thermal insulation, vapour retarders, ventilation systems, and interior spaces.

• Week 8: Mid-term Examination
• Week 9: Interiors - Part 1
• Weeks 10-11: Interiors - Part 2
• Week 12: Final Examination

Instructor Biography

Adam Hannan has been in the Home Inspection field for nearly two decades, graduating from the Loyalist College Inspection Program in 2005. He founded his own multi-inspector firm and has inspected thousands of properties, sharing his expertise through education and providing coaching and field training for inspection start-ups. Adam is a Level 1 Thermographer and Air Quality specialist, and his inspection firm is a 4-time recipient of the Consumers Choice Award for best inspection company in their region.
