JD Program

The JD program includes courses such as:

• LAWS 2046 Criminal Trial Practice
  • This course uses lectures and simulated court proceedings to develop skills of advocacy and trial preparation.
  • Students assume the role of prosecutor, defence counsel, and witness on different occasions.
  • Preparation involves research in matters of evidence and criminal procedure.
  • Classes are held one night per week during the fall term.
