The Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership is a graduate-level program designed to equip students and professionals with advanced management and leadership skills in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Degree Completion Requirements

To successfully complete the Micro-credential program, students must:


  • Maintain an overall cGPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Fulfill all academic and administrative requirements, including participation in all course activities.

Admission Requirement

The admission requirements for the Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership are:


  1. Educational Background:
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare professional programs such as pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, biomedical engineering, etc. from an accredited institution.
    • Candidates with a cGPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale are eligible to join the program.
    • Applicants with a bachelor's degree in a non-related field may be considered if they have relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  2. Application Materials:
    • Completed admission application.
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume detailing academic and professional experience.
    • Personal statement (500-700 words) outlining the applicant's interest in the program, career goals, and relevant experience.
    • Two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references who can speak to the applicant's qualifications and potential for success in the program.
  3. Interview:
    • Some applicants may be required to participate in an in-person or virtual interview as part of the selection process.
