The Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership is a graduate-level program designed to equip students and professionals with advanced management and leadership skills in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Degree Completion Requirements

To successfully complete the Micro-credential program, students must:

• Maintain an overall cGPA of 3.0 or above.
• Fulfill all academic and administrative requirements, including participation in all course activities.

Admission Requirement

The admission requirements for the Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership are:

1. Educational Background:
   • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare professional programs such as pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, biomedical engineering, etc. from an accredited institution.
   • Candidates with a cGPA of 2.5 or above on a 4.0 scale are eligible to join the program.
   • Applicants with a bachelor's degree in a non-related field may be considered if they have relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
2. Application Materials:
   • Completed admission application.
   • Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume detailing academic and professional experience.
   • Personal statement (500-700 words) outlining the applicant's interest in the program, career goals, and relevant experience.
   • Two letters of recommendation from academic or professional references who can speak to the applicant's qualifications and potential for success in the program.
3. Interview:
   • Some applicants may be required to participate in an in-person or virtual interview as part of the selection process.

Program Structure and Credit Hours

The Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership includes two core modules and one elective module, totaling 9 credit hours.

The tuition fee for the program is AED 18,000, with each module costing AED 6,000 (AED 2,000 per credit hour).

The Credit-bearing Micro Credential in Healthcare Management & Leadership is officially recognized and accredited by the UAE Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA) and follows national guidelines set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MOHESR). The program is also internationally recognized, as Ajman University is accredited by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC), USA.
