Dual Degree Program
3+2 Bachelor's – Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering
The dual 3+2 Bachelor's – Master's degree program enables students to earn a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Ajman University and a master's degree from Rutgers University, USA, with only one additional year of study.
How it Works
By the spring semester of the third year at Ajman University, students can apply for admission to the AU-Rutgers 3+2 Program in Electrical Engineering. Once selected, students will spend the fourth and fifth year of their studies in the USA. This program currently only applies to students in the Electronics and Communication concentration at Ajman University.
Program Timeline
By the end of the fourth year, students will be awarded the bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Ajman University. By the end of the fifth year, upon successful completion of coursework, students will be awarded the master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.

Admission Requirements
Students in their third year studying for a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering in the Electronics and Communication concentration at Ajman University, with a GPA of no less than 3.0, can submit their application no later than the beginning of the spring semester to be considered for admission to the program.
