Program Structure
The program consists of 134 credit hours, including:
- 8 hours of university requirements
- 12 hours of college requirements
- 18 hours of basic science courses
- 87 hours of animal science courses
- 9 hours of courses from other departments in the college
Admission Criteria
Admission to the program is based on the student's GPA, with the top 10 students with the highest GPA accepted into the special animal science program and the top 70 students accepted into the animal science/chemistry program.
