UpSkill Program

The UpSkill Program is designed to empower 1,500 students, seniors, and graduates from Ain Shams University to become effective personnel in the job market. This is achieved by enhancing their personal and professional skills and providing them with career guidance to determine their career paths and compete in the job market.

Program Components

The program includes several key components, such as:

• Open Recruitment Day events for Ain Shams University graduates participating in the program
• Experiential Learning Activities in collaboration with various companies
  • Mock Interviews
  • Technical Sessions
  • Info Sessions

These activities aim to provide participants with the necessary skills and experience to succeed in the job market. The Open Recruitment Day events, in particular, offer a unique opportunity for participants to engage in one-to-one interviews with participating companies, increasing their chances of securing vacant positions.
